Ok let me set this up for you. Mtv Movies awards are held each year giving awards out for best actor and movie and new comer. This year was great. You have to measure what the customer gets, Money is not always the important thing. How many e-mails, mySQL, add-on domains. Alot of companies charge for those things. Also as most people are starting out in making a website they need the easiest control panel to make them feel more comfortable. Support is important and of course uptime. If you are thinking about starting out and starting a webhosting company keep all those in mind. Good luck, it is not easy, as I spend hours and hours working and making sure all my customers are happy. Sometimes I have gone 2 days without any sleep. basically it was set up for companys to send messenges within a network. But the spammers use it to annoy people. It does not effect anything else by turning it off.
