  2. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Those prices are extreme. Crist what a rip off. http://www.brinkster.com/ $60 bucks a month for 500 mb of space and 25 gig of transfer. *rolles eyes* OMG and a setup fee....rofl rofl
  3. rik...That site doesn't work for me.

  5. Do not turn the thread into a debate. Just a few moments to remember those of every country who lost their lives. We will never forget you!
  6. You can count on that. This is the case Im adding it to: My Gallery
  7. Within a week Im adding mine. Just ordered a danger den pro kit. I have a 2.4 oced to 2.75 with air. Gona try to reach beyound you guys!
  8. I didn't know people still used windows 95. Crist all mighty, why not just use windows 3.1. It's more stable than 95.
  9. Actually gamehead techtv did a review on the rounded cables and they found no lose in performance. They actually said it better to have them as they do not restrict air flow. And 512 is good enough for anything now a days, but I would always suggest 1 gig. I'm upgrading to 1 gig later down the line.
  10. Set your ftp client to show hidden files and chmod the permissions to 777. If that doesn't work tell the root owner to do it. That is his job.
  11. yeah his dog is freaky ain't he. Come on sed, tell everyone about the peanut butter! :excited: :excited:
  12. Yah I saw that on techtv.
  13. Serv-U has this. Both amounts downloaded, ratio and bandwidth. Try that app. Very good.
  14. Really nice bud. Very pretty!
  15. None of the last 4 ASUS and Abit motherboards I ever own did that.
  16. I run corsair DDR 3500 (444 MHz) and I have mine set to 2 2 2. You need high performance ram to use these settings. And it does help your system stability when overclocking, considering when overclocking the RAM is usually the first thing to be unstable.
  17. http://www.MSFN.org/modules.php?modid=2&ac...tion=show&id=62 This is the best memory tester out there. Run it and loop it for about an hour. Works great.
  18. And of course to help with heat wire managment is the best. Just by doing this I brough my temps down 4 degrees. And it looks nicer! Before: After:
  19. BTW Aaron, If you try to overclock and your PC doesn't boot, don't worry. Just shut it down, unplug the pc power supply cord and clear the cmos on your motherboard by moving the jumper from 2 sets of pins over. It's in your manual. Then start it up. The BIOS will be set back to default. Then just try to overclock the next lowest setting you were at before it wouldn't boot.
  20. With high quality hardware and proper air cooling I have seen people OC the p4 3.0 to 3.8. But thats the highest on air I have seen. Watercooling (which is the next item on my list within a 2 week period) I have seen 4.5
  21. He talking about having these: http://graphics.ibplanet.com/screenshots/35/438.gif But once again he makes no sense. What ever that member is it will say under there avatar what group they belong to. So if it says: Group: Members Posts: 135 Member No.: 5573 Joined: 8-August 03 They are a member. If it says: Group: Super Moderator Posts: 1220 Member No.: 42 Joined: 23-August 01 then they are a super moderator. The fact is there are 6 primary groups. Administrator Moderator Super Moderator Member Affiliate Banned aka Vacation They are CLEARLY MARKED under their avatar. And once again *deep breath* just because other boards have them doesn't mean MSFN needs them. MSFN is unique and that is what makes MSFN so special.
  22. exactly!
  23. Yes that temp is way TO HIGH! 1. You should have gotten a custom heatsink for it and never use the generic one they send with the cpu 2. Use artic silver or a high performance thermo compound. It should have been placed on the top of the CPU about as thick as a piece of paper. 3. Grab some lent free paper towels and use some kind of citrus cleaner on the bottom of the heat sink. Rub it hard. It's called lapping. My p4 2.4 overclocked to 2.8 has NEVER GONE over 41C. And that is with a mega full load. Read my tutorial on the front of MSFN. The one I did about upgrading your heatsink. That will give you an idea of what needs to be done. **edit** Here it is: http://www.MSFN.org/articles.php?action=show&id=26
  24. If it's not free to the public and you haven't paid for it then it's warez.
  25. lol....they all start somewhere don't they? Play nice.
