  1. The problem is that after updating some components are added to the wim. So you will see that there are 2 of some, only difference is the number at the end. When i choose the higher number i dont get that error anymore after slipstreaming in an already slipstreamed version. I might be wrong, but altleast it worked.
  2. I take my words back. Sorry but we never had so many errors as with v6 Lots of people complained, so we went back to 5.6 for now.
  3. What i did was this : Installed PowerDVD en registered it. I exported the pdvd reg file wich contains the reg info. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\PowerDVD] And copied the pdvd.sim file out of the pdvd folder. C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDVD\PowerDVD.sim Unpacked power dvd setup with winrar to a folder. Paste the PowerDVD.sim to that folder. And open PDVD7.reg in that folder and ad the content of the exported reg file to this reg. Remove all paths in the reg : c:\........( for when you ever deside to install it on D:\ or whatever) Now open POWERdvd.msi with an editor ( i use installshield premier 12 ) And remove all things of : OLRSubmission Save the msi. I made a 7z switchless installer out of it. How to : http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=39048&hl=switchless Now it installs silent and is registered after install. And it didnt removed any shortcuts.
  4. thx for your time. i made more installers myself like this. but this one...doesnt work for me and believe me i tried.
  5. Yours is the old version. And i tried all day severall ways , but no go, it installs but when i click skype it opens phone folder instead of skype. i give up
  6. Same problem here. on all commandlines wpi 6
  7. delete "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{FD6905CE-952F-41F1-9A6F-135D9C6622CC}"
  8. network wizzard pops up after install even when set in xml to home, work etc and startpanneloff doesnt work
  9. WPI 6 works fine in Vista now... EDIT : It doesnt
  10. This was NOT the enterpirse version. I used the old office with an XML file to install, now i use enterprise with a UNATTENDED.MSP Problem solved, you can also put office at the end of your wpi to avoid problems like this.
  11. I just opened the x86 one , and added the same things in a new x64 one
  12. NOPE its not Versie 3.2.0.175 = latest
  13. Nice, thx But still only 6 command lines
  14. The above proceedure is NOT RECOMMENDED because you will bypass pertinent installation commands. The recommended unattended installation for Vista is to extract and use the provided switchless installer contained within the integration file provided for XP users. Within this download is vcpack.exe and also instruction on how to use it for languages other than english. This installer does not require any switches. shark Whatever, works fine for me. I dont want an addon, verey useless.
  15. Nice idea , but doesnt work for me. After : imagex /export F:\VistaAIO\x86\install.wim 4 .\install.wim "Windows Vista Ultimate x86" The timer starts but at 47% it stops and it says error exporting image #4 cant find the file. EDIT: I got it now imagex /export F:\VistaAIO\x86\install.wim 1 F:\VistaAIO\Distribucion\SOURCES\newfile.wim "Windows Vista Ultimate x86" imagex /export F:\VistaAIO\x64\install.wim 1 F:\VistaAIO\Distribucion\SOURCES\newfile.wim "Windows Vista Ultimate x64" And how when i want this unattended? How does a XML file looks like from a Vista AIO?

    vLite 1.0 RC - Hammer

Does this also removes the performance test during the setup?? And what about the MSN installer?
  17. I had this problem once. What i did was put in a XP disk and deleted the partitions. Put back in the Vista disk and problem was solved.
  18. Customizing the InstallPath and Foldername location doesn't work in 7.3 if you were using my 7.2 custom.ini config and they'll only break the non-folder shortcuts which is a nuisance. Otherwise you're doing something wrong. Also adding this line to the pdvd7.reg file stops the registration dialog box ever popping up, well it hasn't yet. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\Common\EvoParser\PowerDVD\7.00] "AutoCheckPeriod"=hex:ff,00,00,00 It was a problem with vista, already fixed now
