Humm. I am using a Windows XP brazilian portuguese. The installation create a C:\Arquivos de programas\VirtuallTek directory with all files, but uninstall only delete unins000.exe and unins000.dat from directory and the input in Add/Remove programs. The VirtuallTek directory and subs, also shortcuts, are not deleted. The nlaon continues work without problem. Thanks for any recomendation for solution this issue. 0D

Hi Shark, The file exist in the folder and more the Acrobat Reader is working fine. The history: in february 17 I have download the Acrobat in Portuguese Br from www.sharksfiles.com and its not work; in february 24 I again download the Acrobat file but from www.jtow.net/~triess/index.htm and now its work without problem. I do not have explication for this fact. I do not have more the download file from february 17 for comparation wiht download file february 24. Actually I have do an addon install from svcpack with file and its work (install/uninstall) without problem. Thanks for all. 0d14r3

What I mean is when the BASE File is extracted it creates 2 setup. iss files and I had to copy them both to the location but it works YAY. The extracted install directory. Purevideo---Has all base install files | MCE---Has additional install files Setup.iss after entering Name, E-mail, ID, and activation using your setup.iss was great. for some reason this package does not temporily install to the Windows or Winnt folder instead it dumps it to the current user/local settings/temp folder.
