@ berchita you install nsis, and then you rigt click on the installer.nsi, and choose compile. Thats it! damian666

need help, people that install this pack. please make the dialogs that i change in your own language. and send them to me. because i think i have found a way to install multi lang files. i need german, french, english, and spanish. dutch is my own so. the dialogs that change are: sysdm.cpl dialog 101 and shell32.dll dialogs 1003, 1014, 1020. so please check it out and let me know! damian666

well, first off all, i dont have the translated file. and second, im trying to make the installer mui. but also that he installs the right language file. so if your lang is german, it installs german-sysdm.cpl. but to be honest with you guys... im learning this as i go so dont expect wonders from me man damian666

well the folderoprtions in the explorer window. youo know, extra's\folderoptions. there the icons are in 16bit i think. and in the display properties, when you select a wallpaper. also in 16bit. damian666

hi tihiy, what about the treeview in mapoptions, and other places? maybe thats an idea to implement? also netshell uses some sort of strange way to show icons. look in to that also? btw, its the best thing that ever happened to win2k!!! damian666

hi guys, well after some looking at it, its because the user32.dll is corrupt. dont use that option on install. btw i dont understand it because at my home pc it works fine. to recover it, hopefully you have another os installed. take out the backup file and replace the .dll in system32. let me know damian666

hi man, well thats strange. on my home pc it works without a single error. about the second time you install, the rpl2k is in use so it cant be installed again. just check if its in the system32 dir. if it is regsvr32.exe it. if you get a error than it is allready registered. so please can you translate the screenshots, i dont understand them so let me know. and maybe you should uninstall it before you install again. damian666 p.s. the error about a missing file mscoree is because you dont have dot.net2 installed. its needed for the patch for the tray icons. so install that or dont use the patch.

hi guys, well wildbill. i thought i give u some bugs and stuff. but i see that it has allready be done. the most things i have also here. but the only thing that didnt work for me is the skinning of the tray and clock and the other windows. the taskbar works prime! tried it first with some bmp's. not good, switched to wb skin, and voila! so keep up the work man. and maybe its a good idea to ask tihiy for assistance in the matter? bye bye damian666
