Try this RESET the router... power off the router, plugin the power use a pen to push the reset button at the back for 40 seconds router will then reset to default factory settings make sure that your cable modem or dsl is not connected to the router. using firefox or internet explorer the correct ip address for the router is 192.168.1.1 password is admin change 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.50 click save, plugin your cable modem or dsl go back to 192.168.1.50 select ppoe and enter your username and password click save try it
