  5. Request help seeing the error working on this for 2 days now and i can't see the error. when i first see the windows screen, and it says pls wait it just hangs and does nothing i hv to reboot in order for windows to finish installing. no runonceEX.cmd no WPI no reg tweaks. If i remove the OemPnPDriversPath it works. I can't isolate the problem either it is the drivers or soemthing else in my winnt.sif is screwed up. winnt.txt
  6. I think there is a problem with your Method_1_V008.cmd Pls check 1. When u launch BTS_DriverPacks_BASE_V5011.exe 2. It creates the Folder Files 3. It then moves all the 7zip drivers folders to Files folders. I hv to manually move the 7zip drivers to DriversPacks. When i do launch Method_1_V008.cmd and it does extract all the drivers to Method_1_ROOT there is a file called Add_to_txtsetupsif_V008.txt what is this and what is its purpose? I am installing my Asus P4C800 E deluxe MB. w/ Promise Raid Controller. Buring First Logon » First Logon 1. Windows XP logs you in and loads personal settings 2. Both [GuiRunOnce] from winnt.sif and RunOnceEx executes at the same time 3. Desktop and Taskbar loads. My windows hangs. I hv to manually reboot the computer for RunonceEX.cmd to continue. Then WPI works. I removed all your OemPnPDriversPath="DP\L\C\1;DP\L\C\2 etc and just placed my drivers. And it worked. something is stopping windows from continuing to install. what could it be?

  11. Ya know, it's possible that "No" given in answer was a bit confusing. is that the same excuse given during rape trials where the girl says no but the guy things otherwise? NO mean NO! It is simple and direct to the point. Can i take the car out mom? NO Can i smoke some pot? NO are u telling me if your parents told u NO, you'll ask them for a legal brief of what they meant?
  12. that is so lame. My registry setting is pre set to show all hidden files. if your a pirate... that is not going to stop you.
  13. Methanoid thank you for volunteering to compile the tweaks. when will it be ready?
  14. u must be joking right? www.mozilla.org look for the support and then forum
  15. 1st thing dude is when your a newbie dont use Nlite. If u dont know what u are doing u will just get really frustrated as hell. i suggest that u start over, retain your winnt.sif and $oem$ folder but delete everything else, copy all the files from your CD to your hard drive. Your CD has sp2 already slipstreamed? once you are done check my guides on my signature.
  16. tjhart, i know i know we kinda mean to him. but Alanoll already told him there wasn't a way to do it.
  17. big poppa pump u made me smile and laugh.
  18. The VP912b completely rounds out Viewsonic’s VP line of monitors, offering gaming ready screens for every size and budget. We’re not sure how Viewsonic managed to beat every other monitor manufacturer to market with a fast 19” LCD panel, but the proof is in the pudding. The Viewsonic VP912b is likely the best price/performance LCD monitor we’ve ever tested. With a 19” diagonal viewing size and a native 1280 x 1024 resolution, it’s big enough to satisfy the needs of the vast majority of gamers, and the price tag is quite reasonable in comparison to other 19” LCD’s on the market. There’s really no reason to look at any other 19” LCD currently out there, since the VP912b will cost just as much but deliver much better performance. Of course, now that the panels are out there, it’s just a matter of time until Viewsonic’s competition will be delivering 19”/12ms displays. Still, Viewsonic is the first, and we will give credit where credit is due. Viewsonic’s choice to use a reflective coating on the LCD panel is the only true variable as we see it, as it’s a feature that people are very adamant about liking or disliking. The panel coating does appear to bring out more vibrant colors from the screen below, but also raises a lot of negatives such as reflectivity and glare, which some people will tolerate less than others. All in all, we see this new coating as a positive, but it’s one of those items that really must be seen in person to be understood correctly. We were very impressed at the overall quality of the screen and bezel, just as we have been in the past with other members of Viewsonic’s VP series. Believe the hype, this is a terrific monitor which we have no qualms about recommending.
