Filterkeys causes Windows to ignore brief or repeated keystrokes and slows down the keyboard repeat rate. To keep Filterkeys on, click ok. To cancel Filterkeys, click cancel. To deactivate the key combination for Filterkeys, click settings. now when she types everything is in caps and when she types numbers everything is !@#$%^&

booster where did u get this reg tweak ? so does that mean if u press the shift key for more than 8 seconds it won't do the accessibility thing? i am so scare to do it again.

My sister called me today, she has a habit of holding down the shift key while she composes her email in eudora. apparently, if you hold down the shift key for more than 8 seconds a windows pops up saying Accessibility Options regardless if you cancel or try to go into the setup the shift key is permanetly active i went to the net and tried to find the solution, found some pages with referrences to Accessibility Option is disable this and that so i follow all the instructions after rebooting several times still the same problem, so i whipped out my unattended xp cd and reinstalled everything. thank god for Unattended windows xp and MSFN. if someone has some insights on how to disable this function in our unattended windows xp install i would most appreciate some help here.

i don't think a corporate licence will allow employees to take the xp cd home and install it on their personal computers. legal issues there. he might be doing this for a friend or company, pretty sure the method i describe should work for him

I think i understand what you want done now. same when u install windows xp from sony. you want to install windows xp using the unattended method, but you want people to first enter their own cd key, then automatically install everything else. is that right? if you leave out the cdkey it should then ask you to enter a cdkey before cont. the isntallation. Well that is what i did before. even if you have [Unattended] UnattendMode=FullUnattended without the cdkey string... it will ask u for a key, it can't continue without a valid key.

I have another method in mind if you want install eudora pro normally... now go to the for example c:\program files\qualcomm\eudora winrar the entire eudora folder [ your eudora folder contains all the info like username, passwords and registration] create a sfx that will run from runonceex that will then extract to the same location u winrared it from. very import same location. next go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs winrar the shortcuts for eudora pro hv them sfx from runonceex extracting to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs that should do it for u.

anderz if u want u can include your registration key to your regtweaks.reg file in cmdline.txt simonsays thanks again. i tried it on vm it work ok now. me thinks most people will just install the whole **** thing rather than fiddling w/ the options. well that is just me talking. alanoll does work so hard to make that msi file.

if you prefer to manually choose a partition during text mode setup w/ full control on choice of filesystem, then make sure you have these lines set as they are under the [data] and [unattended] section of winnt.sif [data] autopartion=0 [unattended] filesystem=*

Levent Arslan, after comparing your winnt.sif w/ mine. i notice three things that are different first autopartition=1 your is 0 second you have "FileSystem=*" i don't have that in mine, Mine set to auto NTFS so if you are planning to use NTFS u can just remove it. third [GuiRunOnce] %systemdrive%\install\start.cmd ( i don't have this) my RunOnceEx.cmd is launched from $OEM$ using cmdlines.txt with this code [COMMANDS] "REGEDIT /S tweaks.reg" "RunOnceEx.cmd" hope this helps out a bit

hi the dude that has the answer to your question is KillerBee do a search for his username. he gave me the full instructions, u can do a search for killerbee and Eudora 6 you should see the thread i started b4. are u going to install it on C:\ or D:\ drive? if u can't reach killerbee pm me i will look for my old Runonceex.cmd i use Gmail now. so i dont include it in my runonceex.cmd are u going to auto register it? for that u will need to create a wirar sfx to install the eudora.ini that is where the registration key is stored. i just recalled that it is a iss file that u need. later
