humm... sounds like one of your files or some of them has become corrupted. happened to me once before. just get a Fresh Windows XP Pro or Corp. and start from SCRATCH.... another word of advice.. invest in a CDRW media good luck p.s. u are not allowed to talk about pirated or cracking or any of that stuff.

1. use a boot up disk to scan for viruses. 2. is it a new computer? 3. are u running Windows XP w/ Service Pack 2? 4. do u use a antivirus software? do u hv a firewall software? 5. what is the make and model of your Computer? 6. how long ago was it purchased? 7. Please post your specs here. 8. Do you have a Windows XP CD?
if u install powerDVD 6 u don't need to install DivX anymore. i just thought u might want to know. And PowerDVD 6 is much more powerful check out the PowerDVD 6 silent tread
