October 23, 200322 yr Author you are right un4given1.. the reason microsoft never allowed directx setup to run silent was because they wanted people to see the EULA.. you see it when dxwebsetup executes so this does kinda keep it intact
October 23, 200322 yr wow, I go to sleep and when I wake up, the thread has tripled in size Glad to see this idea has taken off!
October 23, 200322 yr I work in a corporate environment and we are a Microsoft Select Partner so EULAs have a completely different meaning to me than most "home users." I almost find it funny that many people spend more time creating and updating thier unattended CDs than it would have taken them to reinstall it every time they want. I can understand it though. Some people do it just to know that they can. Other do it just because they want to minimize their downtime. Everyone has their reason.
October 23, 200322 yr I have just updated my ftp so the new settings areAddress:ftp://81.106.203.220:3421max of 5 people that anyone time.

October 25, 200322 yr ****. I still haven't been able to see the contents. Are you sure the address is still the same as on the previous page, Dave? Does the IP consistently change? Or are you seeing the maximum 5 people populating it every time?
