Jeremy Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 Whichever one you like and are used to? Why do you ask other people to tell you which font to use? Decide for yourself.
colore Posted June 10, 2007 Author Posted June 10, 2007 Whichever one you like and are used to? maybe there are some fonts "proven" to be more comfortable...Why do you ask other people to tell you which font to use? Decide for yourself.because I dont have ALL the fonts, maybe I miss some nice fonts, I am open to suggestions...
jaclaz Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Well, there are hundreds of pages on the net and in literature about this topic, it is not as easy as it may seem.It also depends whether we are talking about printed or on-screen text.Usually, sans-serif fonts are more readable on-screen, while serif fonts tend to be more readable in smaller size and printed. Here is a couple interesting reports:http://www.wilsonweb.com/wmt6/html-email-fonts.htmhttp://www.webaim.org/techniques/fonts/From which Verdana "wins" hands down in sans-serif and Georgia "wins" in serif category.jaclaz
tain Posted June 18, 2007 Posted June 18, 2007 I recently read an article that proclaimed Helvetica is the most common modern font.EDIT: here is the link: http://www.slate.com/id/2166887/
