see the brightness

the manufacturer cannot answer my question "whats the brightness in cd/m2 of my laptop screen?"

is there any way to figure it out? any tool or something?

You can use a Luminance measurement for it, but as far as i know those things are NOT cheap. I am not aware of any other ways to measure it, but i am not a pro

Don't professional photographers use those devices? Perhaps you could swing by a photo shop and ask really nicely?
