The USB cable is new.My new Windows was make with nlite 1.3.04What can I do to my PC recognize my Printer? Edited March 25, 2007 by Masterwill21
bonestonne Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 i've run into this problem before, and its not usually the OS, try going into BIOS and going through the menus and looking for Plug N Play Aware OS, sometimes its called USB Enable....something like that may be disabled, you can try that, thats the only reason i can think of that that computer wouldn't be recognizing the printer.have you tried other USB devices, or is the printer the only one?

hulkviper Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 Did you select IEEE 1284.4 devices (Dot4) in Hardware support?
Masterwill21 Posted March 25, 2007 Author Posted March 25, 2007 Did you select IEEE 1284.4 devices (Dot4) in Hardware support? No, I didn't, but I think I didn't remove nothing about the printers. I'll make a new Windows and reinstall everytring and tell you what happen. Thanks a lot
-I- Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 you should NOT remove that, also, what happends if you install the drivers manualy ... so after the unattended part... -
