anonymous_user Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 small comment on the boot screen: the text "Server Family" is oddly positioned. it doesnt look right.also why was that text chosen? it could be installed on xp.
zedox Posted March 26, 2007 Author Posted March 26, 2007 @SU1010Not my work this time, the bootscreen resources were supplied by ChrisKuhli@anoymous_personI'm sure Chris can answer that question for you! What Windows are you running?
Volatus Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 How eerily Vista-esque... T.TAny plans for a more elaborate boot screen? =\
zedox Posted March 26, 2007 Author Posted March 26, 2007 I have thought about doing a more elaborate screen but its difficult to do something nice with only 16 colours!
Zxian Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Just a note - my mirror site has changed:www.zxian.org/xpizedarkside
anonymous_user Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 (edited) why does the picture of the boot screen (in the first post) have no text but mine does? Edited March 26, 2007 by anoymous_person

zedox Posted March 27, 2007 Author Posted March 27, 2007 That would be why it says Server Family.I would need permission from ChrisKuhli to remove that text, or ask him to rearrange it so it is in a more appropriate location..where does it come up on your screen? I don't have 2003, Havn't test it!
anonymous_user Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 (edited) i dont have a digital camera, but the text is a bit high on bootscreen and its also moved slightly to the left. Edited March 27, 2007 by anoymous_person
hulkviper Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 How to make windows setup look black like this?
tap52384 Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 I installed the Darkside logon and I'm impressed; however, i think that the Windows XP logo on the logon is not quite as clear as the logo found on the original logon, if I'm not mistaken...
