Winbrand.dl_

I need to edit a few strings so my Windows XP will install with a different name, this envolves editing a certain dll called 'Winbrand.dll' I found this file but when I try to open Winbrand.dl_ with Reshacker, it will not open it, it seems I have to extract from this file, how do I do this?

I thought it was a dll to start with but it appears to be some other odd format.

From a command prompt: (assuming the file is at root level)

C:\>expand Winbrand.dl_ Winbrand.dll

(do your editing, once it's done)

C:\>makecab Winbrand.dll Winbrand.dl_

7zip can extract them too
