eXPerience-XP Posted September 24, 2003 Posted September 24, 2003 I was looking at the setup screens in the fourm and i came over one where the windows are transparent. You can see the window and the BG at the same time. Could anyone please show me how to do this??
eXPerience-XP Posted September 24, 2003 Author Posted September 24, 2003 Here my first winntbbu.dl_ but not finished yet...Windows Setup:Install:Bye LausNo im talking about this one... see how the window is transparent?
DaveXP Posted September 24, 2003 Posted September 24, 2003 that looks like a box with know fill thats all.
devil270975 Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 from the looks of it he has used a transparency program to hook the window and set the alpha rate of it too semi transparent so you can see the picture, the actual setup screen isnt transparent
eXPerience-XP Posted September 25, 2003 Author Posted September 25, 2003 so its not possible by just editing WINNTBBU.DLL with reshacker/restuner?
valkyre Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 He made that in Photoshop, or whatever photo editing program he used. It's a nice little trick, but it has nothing to do with coding.
valkyre Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 Unless you talking about the box in the first streen, which could possibly be done through a third party application.
b0r3d Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 so its not possible by just editing WINNTBBU.DLL with reshacker/restuner?It is actually. The way i did it, is to just remove the key completly. You wont have a windows logo at all, but who needs that anyway? Thats what i do
