Transparency in Setup Screen

I was looking at the setup screens in the fourm and i came over one where the windows are transparent. You can see the window and the BG at the same time. Could anyone please show me how to do this??

from the looks of it he has used a transparency program to hook the window and set the alpha rate of it too semi transparent so you can see the picture, the actual setup screen isnt transparent

He made that in Photoshop, or whatever photo editing program he used. It's a nice little trick, but it has nothing to do with coding.

Unless you talking about the box in the first streen, which could possibly be done through a third party application.

The way i did it, is to just remove the key completly. You wont have a windows logo at all, but who needs that anyway? Thats what i do
