I have a $29.95 paid version from last year and use it a lot. I wanted to download the free

offer of the same software for my daughter but can't get the instructions to work (dumb me). If anyone gets the process to work, please respond with the clue. The

You should still have the installer for your old version around... unless you deleted it.

Just use that instead.

I contacted Storagecraft.com and they fixed the website problem so

I was able to download the free version OK. Then they emailed me the

free liscense and serial number (same number for both) to activate the

30 day trial program as paid for. Of course, download the program.

I didn't have to insert my creditcard number. When you get to the section

where they want you to check the method of payment for the $0 amt.

just check the "Purchase Order" item and activate the $0 amt. order.

After you download the program you activate the software by selecting HELP from the user interface and then click on Activate Product. Fill in

the license and serial numbers (they are the same number). That's it...
