I just stumbled across MSFN today. Looks like a good crowd.

I've been a giant customization fan for a long time now. I am a huge fan of the fabulous visual style community, and generally monitor releases in as many places as I can. I'm currently using Krezno's Ergodyne, but tend to change the VS a couple times a week.

I work for Microsoft managing the production aspects of several sites, including the Windows XP site. I published a column on icon customization in the Windows XP Expert Zone (Let's Make a Theme: Customize Windows XP), and have another column coming on Visual Styles. Please feel free to contact me with questions/comments. I'll do my best to reply to all.
