Does anyone know how to put an nLited XP onto a USB and make it so that it also boots? Thanks.

Result of my test are bad

Maybe you took too many things off with nlite, or maybe you missed some steps.

I can guarantee that it is possible to install and boot a reduced XP image from USB, but it can be a long and troublesome experience.

you needed admin rights on the host when I tried it a few weeks ago and don't expect it to be as smooth, or useful as vm.
