Are they part of the wallpaper?

yes i think they'll become a part of my wallpaper

i'd fix the registry with system mechanic but the problem remains !!

Open RegEdit, navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

then make sure that the Desktop value points to the correct location.

Either your settings aren't being saved on exit, or something is changing them on shutdown/startup.

I take it you've run malware scans?

Try to kill "explorer.exe" after registry change and re-run "explorer", settings will be saved.

tried and even delete the desktop key, but it returns to: Desktop = c: in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

i'd scan with xclean_micro for malware.

If no malware found, set regkey and set permissions to Read only for system and all users.

where to set that ??

Right-click on Shell Folders in the left pane of RegEdit, choose Permissions...

If it appears, change the Everyone user to Read Only.

If it appears, change the SYSTEM user to Read Only.

This will prevent malware from changing the settings.
