November 17, 200619 yr File system might be corrupt, try error checking and defrag. Might also be a registry problem.

November 17, 200619 yr If no malware found, set regkey and set permissions to Read only for system and all users.where to set that ??Right-click on Shell Folders in the left pane of RegEdit, choose Permissions...If it appears, change the Everyone user to Read Only.If it appears, change the SYSTEM user to Read Only.This will prevent malware from changing the settings.
