new pc problem

hello everyone here are my specs

core 2 duo 2.4 g

asus p5n-32 sli se deluxe

nvidia 7900 gs 256mb video card

2gb corsair 2channel

and a 320 gb sata hd

and the diablotech case and matching 450wts psu

ok i can see the bios with no prob but i put the win xp to install the os in my new hd for the firast time and it start loading the drivers ansd stuff but it give me an error before i can even chosse the particions and all that to start installing xp the error is a blue screen and reads bad_system_config and other stuff can any one have an idea of what can be the problem???

When i got a new PC, i had to setup my hard drive (WD Raptor) using the Data lifeguard tools. This is assuming your hard drive is a Werstern Digital and SATA.

I could not install windows at all before i partitionned and format using that disk.
