[Help] Bird feathers

I've been designing some graphics for a black WINNTBBU and I suddenly recalled that beautiful feather of Adobe Photosho 8 CS.

I wonder if there's a filter for creating such feathers.

I searched google and found a brush for bird feathers! It's poor, however.

If I get a good filter, I'll be able to produce some good graphics.

My request might look strange?! May be!

I don't know if I'm the only one who gets interested in feathers!

lol, its not that strange, i've always liked the CS2 feather myself, now i can duplicate it
