MGadAllah
Actually I've tried many times to uninstall it 100%, but failed 100% and the only was was a clean install, If you find a better way I'll be glad to know.Just a thing I want to suggest here... I think it is the time to use acronis workstation and make an image for your windows after a clean install with all drivers set. so in case you want to try any thing it will take a few minutes to set every thing back in case you missed a thingThanks
Camarade_Tux
You should also do an image right now, before trying to uninstall NAV.

Spooky
I swore off Symantec products a while back when their stuff started becoming so bloated and it wanted to manage the OS. The performance hit from Symantec is horrible. I'm currently using Avast Pro 4.7 in Vista and it works great (there is a free version also). I also have the NOD32 2.7 running on one of my Vista machines and it works fine too.
