Many of my friends including myself use Opera latest version and it passes Acid2 tests fine, no 'rendering' issues.

Not whether scrolling will cause a problem.I've seen similar display bugs with other programs and it is definitely bug in the rendering engine, it's not refreshing often enough or the refresh is somehow inhibited.
