glentium
I'm getting 0 File(s) copied message with 898461.. I checked even with the last stable release of HFSLIP, still the same. It's not that it's a big deal with me since I don't seem to have a problem with Windows Update. Besides, I always manually install updates after downloading them.. I'm just wondering if it's okay to have this "0 File(s) copied" message?hfsilent.zip
Tomcat76
It depends on the situation. Here's it's OK because the SP*QFE folder doesn't contain any binaries of use.
Super-Magician
So then what's the point of including it ?Also, since when has HFSLIP had CD burning in it (see glentium's HFSLIP screen log)? I guess you put it in yourself?
glentium
yes I just paste the script for every release.. I posted it here: What Burning Software Do You Use, hoping Tommyp would incorporate it to hfslip...
Tomcat76
So then what's the point of including it ?Because the UPDATE folder contains three needed binaries as well as an installation INF file for the registry modifications HFSLIP doesn't show this because you'd see something like:file1.ref1 File(s) copied.file2.ref1 File(s) copied.file3.ref1 File(s) copied.Pretty ugly
Super-Magician
Ah, OK, thanks. I've probably read upon that before, but I'm too lazy to remember and/or search
