From what i understan i may have some hotfixes that modify the same file and that my be causing some of my problems. if anyone can weed those ones out id be very thankful.-Hotfix Q823718 is not installing slilently--Current errors on install " Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install."- And finally when i reboot after full slient install i get this error " A problem is preventing from accurately checking the licence from this computer. Error code 0x80004005" thats occuring on start up and does not allow be to login whats so ever!Any help would be fantastic!! DaveXP Posted August 31, 2003 Share Posted August 31, 2003 First are all them patchs crital updates and not just recommended updates.if some are recommended updates i would say you dont need more remove them frist then try your hotfixes again and see if any errors come up. You will need to have sp1 installed first. I will try to get this out tomarrow if I have time. I wanted to get it out today but I just now got my system up and running and I dont really want to stay up much later. I originaly got thiws idea and the orginal cmd file from another guy on these forums but i have since greatly enhanced it to include many more hot fixes than the original would work with.
