KB902344 doesn't seem to be supported properly by HFSLIP (tested with 60923exp2). I see a "0 file(s) copied" message for the hotfix, as shown below.

KB902344 is supported. You see "0 files copied" because there's already a more recent version of msscp.dll in the HFSLIP working folder at that point. That newer version is coming from wmfdist95.exe.

msscp.dll - 11.0.0.4332 - 2005-08-03 (wmfdist95.exe)

msscp.dll - 10.0.0.3934 - 2005-06-26 (KB902344)

KB902344 doesn't update any other files so ditch it

Quick question: Will HFSLIP slipstream files in 913800/902344 (Media Center version)/910393/923198 (Media Center version) on XP non-MCE?

913800, 910393 :: no, because of EasyCDBlock.inf and kb913800.exe (needs to be hardcoded)

902344 (Media Center version) :: yes

923198 (Media Center version) :: yes

Issue 1: Thanks. Is it stand-alone, or does it replace something. Without reading the bulletin, I'm guessing 925568 is a stand-alone update.

Issue 2: So is KB925308 obsolete for Win2K? MS06-049 V2

1: MS06-055 will work on any version of Windows/IE supported by HFSLIP. Please use the correct version. There are seperated versions for 2000 and XP SP1 for a reason. If you use 925486 (Security Advisory 925568), please use the IE6 SP1 patch for 2000 sp4 if slipstreaming ie6 sp1, and the patch for ie 5.01sp4 if you're not. I'm not sure about if you're using the FDV fileset. if you're slipstreaming IE6SP1 and using 925486, please remove the obsolete hotfix 833989.

2:It does replace 925308.

Also, the Roots Certificate Update was re-released today! It is the same download link as before, but version 9 now.

I just read from the Unattended Install forum that MU doesn't show WGA Notifications anymore. Should this be removed from HFSLIP?

Also, I tried installing the MCE version of KB902344 on my computer, but I receive an error saying I have the wrong version of the Windows Media Format SDK.
