I installed VMWare Server on a Dell PE 2850 (2 dual cores + 12 Gigs) running 2003 R2. We are running 2 Guests (both 2003 R2) and it runs flawlessly. They remote client is just as fast as Remote Desktop & UltraVNC.

I have not used MS Virtual PC.

I've not yet tried VPC but I get the impression overall VMWare performs better than VPC.
