fireice Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Useful tool for the day. I tried using this security software from this website www.bluemicrosolutions.com . It configures my pendrive as key to logon to my windows xp. You can start forgeting passwords like petname1234 . Its easy and simple to use . . The name of the application is Blue Micro USB Flash Drive Logon.
CptMurphy Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 (edited) Not that I am one to clasiffy threads as spam, but isn't it spammer-ish to join a forum and post a program link, literally, minutes later? Edited August 4, 2006 by CptMurphy
fireice Posted August 4, 2006 Author Posted August 4, 2006 i wish not to put the link there. i rather put the direct download link but the website forces to register to download the software. anyway i personally find it useful piece of application but lack of features
nitroshift Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Actually I find this useful, have to get home and try it...
Kelsenellenelvian Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 It does seem very suspiciously like spam, very usefull but still spam :P
jaclaz Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Just for the record, a download link is here:http://www.freewarebox.com/free_6484_blue-...n-download.htmlhttp://www.freewarebox.com/download_6484_b...rive-logon.htmljaclaz
Mordac85 Posted August 7, 2006 Posted August 7, 2006 (edited) It does sound spam-ish, but very interesting and probably the reason for the post. It makes me wonder too if this is a poor man's smart card or what? What about domain user's when their passwords expire. Not much info on the vendor's site. Ummmm, I think I'm going to have to check this out too. Thanks for the link jaclaz Edited August 7, 2006 by Mordac85
