cy. Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 How can microsoft help, if I cant activate it? The thing is its already activated.it sounds like you've used activation crack to bypass the activationdo you own a legitimate copy of windows?
nibraz Posted June 21, 2006 Author Posted June 21, 2006 Yes, they gave me a windows cd when buying my computer.
cy. Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 (edited) if the cd came with the pc, you have an OEM version of windows.try thisit will most likely resolve your problemthe link will let you change the product key. put your product key that came with the cd.by following the procedure listed there, you will reset whatever interferes with the activationalthough it says it's for volume licensed version, it should work for you. Sonic Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 I have already had ths error. Another member too. If I remember there isn't solution. Is it after a repair windows operation ? Changing hardware ?
nibraz Posted June 23, 2006 Author Posted June 23, 2006 Yes I tried like fixing windows then after a reboot this happend I really dont wont to format cuz all my important softwares etc are there.
LLXX Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 Check what's running at startup. Probably the WPA reminder key was left there accidentally and not deleted as it should have been after a successful activation.
