Nvidia Forceware Question.

Featured Replies

Ive installed the drivers successfully, but I dont have the ability to control the performance settings (AA, AF, V-Sync, ect)

Has anyone been able to use Nview, or any of the control panels from the Forceware drivers? Im dont know if they just dont work with Vista, or if Im doing something wrong.

they aren't present in the vista drivers B) since these are still beta drivers from nvidia there is no extra features like nview and such going in yet, you will see those later when the drivers get more refined or when vista goes RC1, it might be possible then, but till then, you will have to work with what vista has

That's funny since the latest vista drivers specfically state that they include the new control panel.

Edit on my part, on the NEW drivers that Nvidia has on there website i now get a Nvidia control panel, work well with the 6800 i have :blushing:

Actually, it's quite weird that Forceware shows no control panel as the installation kit is no less than 34 MB. A pack of this size surely doesn't include only the .INF and some basic DLLs.

I have a GeForce 6600GT and no Control Panel. I know the drivers are beta, as well as the Operating System but still it's pretty weird.
