it the problems seem like my burning software doesn't have a link with my DVD-RAM,is there any solution to that??

Are you sure it supports the media you are using??

You are using - media but it is not being recognised??

Maybe it only supports + media, and possibly DVD-RAM??

All I can think of at the moment, sorry.

Try to disable the IMAPI services of windows and other then Nero, did you install a burn-software?

EDIT: Forgot to say: Your DVD burner is not a DVD-RAM drive, just call it DVD-RW but not a DVD-RAM ;). And b/c it comes with the laptop is should work like that...
