Unable to uninstall software

I got a CANON digital camera, PowerShot A520. I began to download the relative software. I had the camera connected to the computer, and there was a warning not to do that, but I read it after beginning the installation. I cancelled the installation.

I tried to uninstall the program, but I can't. This message comes out:

Error 1402. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL-Machine\software\classes\....etc.

Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Always use administrator account to install/remove software...

or give read/write permissions to that registry key.

You're either not logged in as Admin or the permission on SOFTWARE is not checked off. Do that and the problem will be fixed.
