Yes, I use Outpost Firewall, but I want a tool to show how much bandwidth is being used by an application, not just which application is using bandwidth.

Try PacketMon and NetStat Live

smsniff works great, but doesn't seem to show overall bandwidth per application.

There is always the venerable WinDump.

That said, I am sure one of the apps mentioned above would be more tolerable.

I'd also say the free version of NetLimiter. I've got it on my desktop at home so I can see what each app is using, and how much total bandwidth I've used (since my ISP is stupid and caps usage per month... )
