I would do a couple of tests and see the average of all of them...That should give you a general idea of what your speed should be...

Hmm i only got a Very Unstable Speed, Between 10 and 40-45 K/sec

Strange, I just sent someone some files at 300kb/s, I guess it depends on your location.
