February 26, 200620 yr Author No; this is the engine for the new update site from Microsoft which covers Windows and Office. It can only be accessed with IE.

I tried it before under Windows XP Pro SP2 and HFNETCHK complained about it not updating properly and Daisy was repeatedly trying to install 2 of the same hotfixes over and over again.
