explorer protection how to

please help ...

how do i disable the "search" "up" and "floders" icon in the explorer,and addresses from standard buttons permenantly?

in windows xp , it always restore back the standard button bar after it restarted

and how do i erase the them from the list that i shown on the attachment?

i wish to customized my folder explorer just a windows only
