how to change and add pic in user account

You can probably just add a set of 48x48 .bmp's to your $Docs folder, or add it to the laundry list in a cleanup.cmd, with an additional command to copy new ones from CD (if replacement is your intent).

Then you should have said that you want to make a customized CD..

would be a more correct way, to locate that folder =P but most people don't change their documents and settings or anything else's name.
