@jaclaz you mean to go to control panel --> users Account--> then give Mariam Account an Administrator rights like the attechment file yes that what i did it as Mariam with Administrator \\Mariam\d$ it's open the drive but with i try \\ERINI\d$ I got the pic in my post nu.10 waiting your advise to solve this problem. thanks

How to unstill language? which means that i want my customize windows to have english & arabic language & fonts to reduce my iso size. Because i notice that when i go to control panel ==> Regional & Language options ==> Languages then check on (install files for east asian languages a pop appear telling my that this choise will need and take 230MB from my windows drive. so how can i unistall the east asian language? thanks
