Who is Ting Tong and what is Little Britain?!

Little Britain is a comedy shown on UK television. It may be shown in a few other countries I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm guessing Ting Tong is one of the new characters. I like the show but I haven't watched it for a while because I've been too busy lately.
