mufunyo Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 I really hated the Metapad that ships with the Auto-Patcher, so I downloaded NotepadEx, changed the icon to the Vista Notepad icon and replaced all occurrances of "NotepadEx" with "Notepad" in a hexeditor. NotepadEx is a really good application beside some minor problems (it does not ask to create non-existent file passed, and does not detect encodings reliably).
