Nemesis Posted April 21, 2003 Posted April 21, 2003 I am just now getting into graphics but I was wondering what you would suggest. I have an older version of Fireworks, but have not played with it yet.
Crispy Posted April 21, 2003 Posted April 21, 2003 If you can afford it, I suggest Photoshop 7.0. Not the most newbie-friendly program around, but the most powerful one. Try downloading the trial version and see. Its at www.adobe.com

gamehead200 Posted April 21, 2003 Posted April 21, 2003 The only problem I have with Fireworks is that you can only save the images as PNG file, unless I'm doing something wrong to make this happen...Someone let me know...Go Photoshop 7...

Robertson Posted April 21, 2003 Posted April 21, 2003 Fireworks is more for the web developer. and does basically the same tasks as Abode Imageready that comes included with Adobe Photoshop 7.
