i made it using Paint Shop Pro's Animation Shop

the font is comic sans with a flag transition.

I am using PSP 7 and working with PSP 8 beta. Much easier to use than Photoshop and less than $100........ (Photoshop is a rich mans progy).........

its not much easier than photoshop ive used both. the only reason why you might find it better is because you dont know how to create your own styles and effects so just use the pre built filters in psp7. photoshop is so quick for doing stuff once you know your way around it especially with keyboard shorcuts

i've read tutorials on photoshop and i'm still finding it hard to use
