October 21, 200520 yr Hehe thanks for the update. Usually when I turn on Winamp it says if there is a new update available....but not this time for some weird reason.Checked out the site and found out that the version is 5.1 Surround Edition or something like that.....that right? Edited October 21, 200520 yr by suryad
October 21, 200520 yr Author The 5.1 Surround Edition was mostly a joke (5.1 surround sound - get it?).
October 21, 200520 yr And that WEIRD reason, is that the homepage itself still hasn't been updated to reflect the new version release.NO, 5.1 is not right - its extremely old. The newer one is 5.11 (as opposed to 5.10).
October 21, 200520 yr 5.1 surround sound....dont get it......and yeah prathapml is right for the page not being updated.
October 21, 200520 yr Author You buy 5.1 speakers, meaning that you have 1 center, left, right, and 2 rear speakers (total: 5), as well as a subwoofer (They call it .1 for some reason...).Think home theatre.
October 21, 200520 yr Author Sure it is. It produces sound - just at a much lower and narrower frequency range than your average speaker.
