October 9, 200520 yr Will I get the 12 months free updates, or will I have to purchase a suscription ?Willing to bet that you will have to purchase a subscription .... but I don't know either. But consider this, Windows XP already has a firewall. In addition a free one-year subscription for Computer Associate's (CA) quality EZ antivirus is available here:http://www.my-etrust.com/microsoft/
December 10, 200520 yr Why not just keep your XP firewall updated and running, then use AVG free. It works good, is not a resource hog like Norton, and is... FREE!
December 12, 200520 yr DaVinciCode, you will have 12mths subscription from the day you install the software on your system, regardless of the fact that it was previously installed into another system.
