Doggie Posted February 21, 2003 Posted February 21, 2003 quite simply, FAT is faster but s**tty encryption and NTFS maybe be slower but high encryption and much more reliable.. as i use NTFS myself
HybridMonolith Posted April 17, 2003 Posted April 17, 2003 The (Very Little) speed difference between the 2 is not anything in the way of impact of system performance, NTFS is way more stable and Fragmation is minimal.
