Starting from most important to least important

1. Lower prices

2. Better services

3. More and or better support

synchronous cable. something like 5mbit up/down for $200 would even be acceptible.

prices are rly insane, they could make it like 10$/month for 5mbs instead of over 40

more 4g towers.    out here in the middle of nowhere Kentucky, signal is a real problem (but the only broadband option aalible, and only verizon seres this area and unofficially at that. (closest 'official' location is Paducah. and thats a good 20 miles away.
