How to remove Send to: Mail Recipient?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where the key is for to remove this context menu?

I've search the registry for Mail Recipient and deleted the keys, it contains sendmail.dll, I didn't want to delete the sendmail.dll file as it links to "Desktop (create shortcut) in the same context menu

Please help :thumbup

Do you happen to know where the registry is for common tasks as shown in My Computer/Windows Explorer as it's not in the VisualEffects keys :(

It's in "Folder Options". Don't know the exact regkey, but you could find it out with RegMon.

This way, he will also lose "Send to Desktop (create shortcut)

I gave up wondering what happened to that shortcut MONTHS ago.

Thanks for the enlightenment.

If anyone deleted his "Send to Desktop (create shortcut)" by using this :

regsvr32 /s /u sendmail.dll

just use

regsvr32 /s /i sendmail.dll

to bring it back
